Now when you ask this question I really go back in time. Im 49 and Ive been watching wrestling since I was about 9 or 10. So you do the math.

I have a couple of picks.

Best Overall Wrestler: Ric Flair- He can not only wrestle but he can entertain the crowd at the same time. Id also give HBK & Undertaker the credit for that too. These three men have done it all and already sealed their places in the Hall of Fame. And they're still giving it all they have in the ring today.

Best Actual Wrestler: Bruno Sammartino, Bob Orton Sr., Classie Freddie Blassie, and Kurt Angle.

Best Persona (Gimmick): Hulk Hogan- I hate the Hulkster but I will admit he had a pretty good gimmick. Its old now but its legendary. Without his gimmick Hogan would be nothing because he sure cant wrestle.

Ever is a long, long time...if I take the question totally literally, I'd be mentioning wrestlers I've never actually seen...Lou Thesz and Ed "Strangler" Lewis come to mind immediately...their reputations precede them...the best that I recall seeing, and I've been watching on and off since Sammartino was champ, is still the Undertaker...one of the best big men ever, with a gimmick and character that have stood up over the years...few can give an upcomer a better push (if you have a good program with Taker and look good doing it, you've already made it to some degree...unfortunately, Khali looks like crap most of the time anyway...Taker can only carry no-talent bums so far)...he's earned the respect of both the fans and the locker room...and always gives 100 percent of what he's got (even if he's not 100 percent physically)...he's got all the intangibles, as well as a great lifetime won/loss record...what more can you want

Dan Gable is the greatest wrestler; often called the Babe Ruth of wrestling.

90% of the people in the WWE, TNA, and ECW couldnt' wrestle to save their lives, and rarely if ever, use a major wrestling move.

Hitting someone with an open fist is not a wrestling move.

Behind the scenes that's why Hogan isnt' well liked by the wrestlers. They felt he was very arrogant and he had literally no wrestling moves or talent.

The Undertaker because he has done every thing in his career and still doing the great job. He is the only phenom in this universe. No boby can ditch him. Other wrestlers are good not the best. I love when The Deadman walking...............

The Ultimate Warrior was incredible, but although he's not my favorite it's got to be the Immortal Hulk Hugan, brother!

Do you mean Goldberg, dark spark? Well he's truly the greatest Jewish athlete ever. LOL
