I want it to update the page I am on every 20 - 30 without clicking the refresh button.

Just press F5 button from ur keyboard, everytime u want to refresh ur web page.
It is faster and better than to have an auto refresher

usually websites should have that feature intergrated, but don't. A quick way to do it is to press "Ctrl" then "R".
I don't think there is a "easy" way of doing what you want to do.
