I don't know if it's more casual or dressy attire. I would appreciate the advice of anyone who has been there. I was thinking black heals. Knee length skirt and silk blouse. Is that alright? How about for men, shirt and tie o.k?

Your outfit sounds right. I've seen people dressed up big time...and people dressed down. I felt very comfortable in my big flowing skirt, longer linen, sleeveless shirt and sandals...nails were done, hair was done and accessories matched. My date wore a 'bowling' style shirt, untucked (those aren't meant to be tucked in), nice pants and shoes. Have fun. It's a great time!

Well you dont want to over due it, what you're wearing seems gooood.

For men, I would wear black pants and a blue and gray collared shirt, no tie... with black dress shoes. Pretty much anything that doesn't look like you are attending a funeral.

Jeans with holes are trendy. If it says "black tie" get one of those t-shirts that has a picture of a tie on it.

Hi.....I was there once, many years ago, and it was combination casual/dressy.......just depends on the personal taste of the attendees......I would suggest a blazer/sportcoat for men, what you've picked sounds great......... :)
