I'm JUST under 16 years old got caught outside @ 5 in the mornin & caught by cops.. Im goin to court and im scared as to what they will give me. Will i get probation??? or what kind of charges?

lol, i doubt they'll give u probation for a curfew. Probably a warning or a few hrs community service. Stupid curfews i tell ya.

I think you may have a choice, community service, or a fine... the fine would probably range from $50-200 and like 20 hours of community service.. theres really nothing to be scared of, just act all innocent in court and maybe the judge will go pitty on you, and remember to say you're sorry as if you're crying.

my daughter got caught out after 10:00 P.M. and the judge was so rude to me. She told me if my daughter was caught again she would fine me 350 dollars and a night in jail. I told her my daughter worked and did not get home until 10:25 P.M. and she did not care. She sent my daughter to a curfew, drug and alcohol program and said if she missed on day of it, even if she had to work she would be fined and put on probation. Good luck!

I got hit with it too when I was 17. Parents got a small fine...which acourse I had to pay. The judge tells you not to do it again..blablabla

Depends on where you live. They got really serious about that out here, and they will fine your parents like $500.
