Plus sized? Try Torrid if there's one in your area or online. Also, Lane Bryant has great stuff and I got an email the other day mentioning a new juniors line.

They have so many cute jackets for about $11 - $15 at the local discount store "Ross" in Oregon. Try your local discount clothes store.

I am not sure where you live, but we have a bunch of chain stores called Gordmans. They have cute stuff, and would have jackets like that there.
