I grew up watching WWF and a local organization called Big Time Wrestling and caught an ocational NWA broadcast. Towards the end of the 80's and creeping into the 90's, i started watching more of the NWA which around that time frame is when they became WCW. By the mid 90's I really wasn't watching the WWF anymore and watched all WCW. For a while there I stopped watching all together, then one Monday night my brother burst into my room and told me to turn on TNT. So I did and I saw Razor Ramone on WCW talking about going to war with them. I was one of the ones I will admit that thought he was sent there by Vince. So I started watching more of it, and got back into it. I tried watching Raw a few times, but was never able to get into it. I wasn't fond of all the "adult content" they had. Then a few years ago, WCW made the fatal error of bringing a real loser in to write for them which was the beginning of their end, and they ended up getting bought out by the WWF. It wasn't until a year or two ago that I started watching again. I enjoy what they got going on these days to a point, but can't figure out why they insist on putting the title on all the losers. But if I were to choose between the days of WCW when the NWO was first around and WWE, I'd have to go with WCW. I think they put on a more quality show. And those who don't believe me on that can try to explain why they led in the ratings for 18 straight months.

At its peak, I loved watching them both...WWE was always more entertaining to me as far as story lines, but for a long time WCW had better quality ring workers...but WCW started collapsing under its own weight...nWo got too huge and too ridiculous, and after a while too many of their wrestlers were only doing it for paychecks, and screw the fans...honestly, I think TNA reminds me of WCW in its better years...good workers overall, storylines that are at least based on the wrestlers' actual personalities...the Monday Night Wars kept both of them alive and vital...now WWE's starting to stagnate again...so yeah, guess I do miss it...

yeah i miss it but wcw was losing its luster towards the end i was bummed when i found out sting wasn't coming to wwe but i do like the fact that they kinda brought back ECW even though it is not the same as the original the prime wcw years were so awesome nwo, sting, goldberg, etc. and the monday night flipping back and forth between the two was the best years of wrestling in my opinion.

yes i do. i miss it all. i miss sting, luger, hall, nash, konnan, juventud..i miss the wrestlers that are still there and those that are gone like eddie guererro. a lot of these guys are on show like tna, but it's not quite the same. it was better before the dinosaur era. they're all getting up there.
