i had my period and it was normal but i had unpretected sex the day it ended. a week later i started spotting and now i have cramps, back aches, nausea, my boobs hurt sometimes, and i am bloated. could i be pregnant or is this all in my head?

Get a blood test at your doctor's office. It's 100% accurate. That way you will not worry. BTW, if you are pregnant, let me be the first to say

You could be but the only way you will know is if you do a test. Try taking a home test and if you keep having the same problems then go to the doctor and let them do a blood test. Good luck i hope it all works out in your favor.

There is only one way to tell if you're pregnant and that's a pregnancy test. I've had all those symptoms before too, and wasn't pregnant or I didn't have those symptoms before and I was actually pregnant.

hey i had IUI (inter uterine insemination- they put the sperm in the uterus next to egg to give it a better chance of fertilizing) a week ago. so it is too early to do a pregnancy test but what signs should i look for now to see if i am pregnant?
like how early do you get signs like tender breasts and hungry and tired?
