they also spoke of "unsolicited emails"which was causing problems..what does that mean?..i DO have an anti virus software..am i causing these problems???

"Unsolicited emails" usually refers to SPAM. It is possible for your computer to be used as a storage area for such emails and then they are sent out with your email attached. Make sure that your antivirus is up to date. Run a complete scan with all options checked.

"Time Warner" is a evil and giant corporation with controls as far as AOL and MTV. They have policys set up to prevent spam by blocking spammer's internet service. It seems that they did that to you. Dirty Spammer. I am sick of getting e-mails wanting to make my p3nis 3 to 6 inches larger. I am already huge, anymore and my heart wouldn't be able to pump blood all the way back to my brain from there. Quit sending out those e-mails loser.
