It's highly unlikely that you're pregnant, though it is possible that having sex with your cervix open left you open to an infection. It's particularly possible if you had both anal and vaginal sex in the same act. I'd suggest you get a pelvic exam, especially since you're having back aches, cramps and nausea. Those are classic symptoms of PID.

It's possible. Usually women don't ovulate until about the middle of their cycle, but that isn't always the case. If you are late on your next period, get a home pregnancy test. It probably wouldn't be very accurate until then.
I hope it all works out the way you want it to. Worrying and thinking about all this can make your body act weird too!

I would wait til its time for your next period and if you don't get it try a blood test to see if your pregnant. In my pregnancy i did have cramping, that was when it was implaniting...the backache could be from your body starting to change.......but the only way to be sure is to get a pregnancy test. The at home tests didn't work on my 1st pregnancy, i had to have a blood test. my 2nd one it did work and i had to fight my doctor to get a blood test and i was pregnant! Good luck to you.

After 15-30 days get a testing kit and see if it turns blue or red or whatever.
If it does see a doctor to have it confirmed.
If you are playing Russian Roulette, why are you so concerned!

There is only one way to know if you're pregnant and that's the pregnancy test. I've had symptoms like that and wasn't pregnant or I didn't have symptoms like that and I was actually pregnant.
