go to the casino that looks like the luxor (With a big pyramid). There will a road (a little road )that goes into the complex, and goes under an archway of sorts (I think under the obelisk). There will be a euros in one corner.

Go to the casino that has a sphinx head called the camels toe. underneath where you can access your hotel suite there should be a central part between 2 roads. there should be the euros there. If u can't find it, enable the sports car cheat and you should find it on the streets. to find the sports car cheat go onto www.ign.com
