with some people.. some of them are in direct violation of the guidelines and yet they are able to get away with it ??

I've always been skeptical about the suspensions on Yahoo! Answers, it seems like some people who violate the rules all the time still remain users.

That is bcos they know how to play by the game. Even if they got caught in the act, they will slip away just like that.

Eventually someone will report them and their luck will run out..timing is everything..who is on answers, who is offended on answers and who is going to report on answers at any given time
