is it legal (maybe stupid, but that's not the q) to teather a buoy to the continental shelf - in international waters - and build a little vacation spot on my buoy?

sealand - i had never heard of it but wikipedia has some interesting stuff on it.

it seems to say that I CAN claim a little vaccation spot. i just won't be recognised as a 'nation' - but who cares about that???

That's been tried by the "Sealand" folks-it doesn't work.
