That's a little hard to say, as I have no idea what you look like at present. But if you want to see what you look like as a girl, head into a makeup salon and ask them to give you a hairstyle (they have wigs) and some makeup. If you are uncomfortable about it, tell them you're in a play and have to look like a girl, then put yourself in their hands and they'll do their darnedest. They'll probably also be happy to tell you what clothing would look best with your figure type, and what's the 'in' look at the moment.
Would I help if my son asked? Yes.

Well being that I possess an open minded approach to life and the human condition If I had a son who was transgendered I'd help "Her" in any way I could, what else would a loving and accepting father/mother do???? As far as changes you need to make.... All of the above I suppose

and no i wasnt wearing make up. i dont do that. i happen to be manly and have no desire to dress like a girl.
