Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

yes, as long as it is not frozen..it has to be the live cultured type in the fridge section of the grocery store....any time you take antibiotics you should eat yogurt....it can save you a lot of pain and money....and it is a very healthy snack to boot....when i was in medical school, we were told of a girl that could't get the blueberry stains out of her underwear....she was not eating it...lol. People are funny....but yes, yogurt will always help prevent and treat a yeast infetion.

I've heard it helps, but don't know for sure. However cranberries do help. They also help uti's and help fight other infections. If you don't like the juice try it in pill form.
