This actually worked for me: I had gotten a new shirt mixed in with my laundry and the dye bled onto several white t-shirts. I didn't notice and put the whole thing in the dryer. I figured they were ruined. At my wife's suggestion, I washed the shirts again but added a "Shout Color Catcher" sheet. I couldn't believe it, even after cooking the dye in, it came out of all the t-shirts completely. Great product!

If you already put the pants through the dryer - forget it. Done deal.
But, if you haven't then there are a few options. Dye remover may work, but you could also try to soak the pants in the wash with something like OxiClean or a dilution of Goo Gone and then washing them normally with one of the above cleaners.

I would try bleach first (because I have it on hand)
if that doesn't work, I'd get Rit dye remover and follow the directions.
If THAT doesn't work, I'd dye the pants.

Bleach, maybe. Try it on a small part of the pants before you just throw them in the washer with it.
Why are you asking this question in politics?

If they are truly white just bleach the hell out of them. Okay also if you have access to a teacher at school or your taking chemistry in college ask if you can bring them in and use a strong concentration of hydrogen peroxide.
