Bar none, listening. We like that big bunches..but by listening, I mean engaging actively in the conversation, being genuinely interested and concerned, and not trying to offer solutions if there is a problem.
Most girls like thoughtful surprises, small things, like taking the time to get a card for no reason or making dinner. I think time where you are genuinely connected is the key.

Hmm, very good question. Well, I would start off by saying that It all depends on what level you and the girl is on. A girl need a guy to be by their side through the good time and bad. She need him to love her, talk to her, do anything you can inorder to keep her happy, because remember what you fail to do for her......there is always someone else out the with willing heart to do so.......So keep in mind your girls likes and dislikes and from there you'll know what you should do for her.....Follow your heart!!!!!
