An Orgasm is when you have sex or masturbate, and the point of climax, or the best part of it, is when an orgasm occurs, you dont see anything for girls, but for guys, sperm comes out.

i think this question is a joke, but anyways an orgasm is a release of a bodily fluid. and it feels great when you have one.
