I learned about nothing from my parents. I learned about sex and period from my oldest sister. Pregnancy I learned on my own when it happened at the age of 22.

I asked my mom about my period when I was 10. I learned about sex on my own, like in movies n stuff, although my dad likes to talk about it once in a while....(I know, don't ask).

I started at 8 1/2 my mom told me everything. She told me about my period younger cause all the women in the family start young and so I wouldn't freak out. Sex I guessed asked her and she told me. I thought alot as a child....I was young when I was told.

No, I knew the basics instinctively, the rest we got in health class. However when I say knew, I thought that if you were pregnant, and you put your finger in your belly button, the baby couldn't breath..LOL..
I understood the mechanics of it, just not the fine details.
I was only 21 for heavens sake.
