controlling...hmmmm I would say yes he is. But that depends.Are you over the age of eighteen? Or do you still have a bed time? Maby he needs to go to bed. And wake up on the other side. That would be my suggestion. Also remind him that you no longer have to answer to anyone . What an ***hole

If you think he's being controlling, better take this advice to bed with you in 5 minutes. DON'T START SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO CONTEND WITH. If you give him the power or let him think he has it once you are going to end up in an abusive situation down the road, may take a while, but it'll come.

Tell him your not a child and don't someone else to set your bed time. I believe you already have a father. don't let him try to run your life your your own person and do not need a "boy" friend to try to live for you. if he's so worried about what time you go to bed then he needs to get a hobby. and if he was only kidding then be honest and tell him you didn't think it was funny and don't like to be told what to do. You can decide that for yourself.

he might have just been playing. but if not, dump him right away before you get hurt. all controlling people start to hit after you deal with it 4 awhile and then 1 time say know. trust me, been there done that.
