Bleach. Also, after you clean it with the bleach, use half water and half vinegar. Spray the area and you will come to find out that the mole doesn't come back that easy.

i haven't tried this yet but i will be. to clean the caulking around bathtubs and showers, fill a trigger-spray bottle with vodka. yes vodka. spray that caulking, let set 5 minutes and wash clean. like i said i don't know if it works, but it is worth a try. the alcohol in the vodka kills mold and mildew.

Either of the two previous answers would work just fine. Bleach kills mold, as well as ethanol (alcohol). In fact, any alcoholic beverage would work. (If I were taking that route, I'd probably choose Everclear because of the high alcohol content.)

If your talking about mold underneath the sealant, then you would have to remove the panel then clean off the silicon sealant. apply bleach or ammonia to the frame and glass reapply silicon sealant. its a big job so take care not to break the glass.

if you're talking about mildew, I find that "soft scrub" works great!!!! you can get it at walmart or any department store, the thing is to get rid of the mildew, and maintain it by washing it reguraly to prevent it for happening again
