my plastic sugeon said he can make it look so much better with a scar revision, but I am nervous...anyone ever have scar revision? Can you tell me about it?

My girlfriend had a very deep acne scar and she went to the Dermatologist. The Dermatologist suggested some type of abrasion therapy and she had about 3 sessions with him. The area was reddened for a while and it took a couple of weeks to really see the improvement - but it worked! Good luck.

I absolutely understand where you are coming from. I have suffered sever acne for over 25 years and as a result have a lot of terrible scars. I do have my acne under control and decided to live with the scars. However that doesnt mean you should have to live with them. There is a lot they can do with scarring these days if you are willing.
