Card carrying Republican that will never vote for John McCain. If I want a Democrat I would at least vote for a Democrat who is willing to say he is a Democrat. Not Hilary though. Write in vote!

I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THEY WERE DATING!

Love the idea of a McCain/Clinton ticket... history making in Two ways!

By the by voted Anderson-Carter- Reagan- BushSr-Clinton-have tried to block out whole BushJr debacle seems to be working as memories fading and may have mixed my past votePref's... and scared to death Bush Jr will ignore that two term limit law... he's getting good at breaking laws and treaties(like Geneva convention)which I always thought a bad law(two term limit) until recently... there's something about draft dodger's and yes we Vets (mostly)consider the Texas Air National Guard"Champagne squadron" to be draft dodging especially when Gore was at least on the ground in Vietnam... Gore that was it! Then must a been Kerry or Libertarian candidate... so depressed when Jr. first made it... have been slowly losing sanity...

Shook Nixon's hand(wet and limp but after hundreds/thousands that's called the campaign grip- least he didn't kiss me!
And heard both Pres. Clinton and Pres Bush Sr and candidate Perot speak in small close quarters... Clinton and Perot had the small crowd moving Bush we would have left but ordered NOT
too! Voted for his record dispite the speech! And Clinton well
before his visit to Chicago College where he spoke...

So to give short answer... probably McCain and thats a lock if he speaks up about Geneva violations/ torture/ etc(he's an authority on why it maybe bad idea). oh and wants to stay in Iraq... bad idea to go in but it's a little late to change our mind now... should of spoke up before- I did! Sure I lost my job but it was a boo-boo!

Crush probably not as the fiscal/war hangover will be in full swing by then... possibly allowing for an American first... if she gets nomination... and for that matter does McCain win nomination?

Maybe my second thought NOT too wild...NAH they're both loyal
party hacks... but it's a better thought than President Cheney!!!

Hillary is going to win in 2008. I don't mind John McCain though as a President. He's the only republican i admire.

I once thought I would vote for him , but no more . I have been listening to him for the last year and he sounds shifty to me .
He is trying to get the same people that put Bush in office to back him and that's scary . I was hoping he would work for the American people . But now I think he will be beholden to the right wing Conservatives and the large Corporations , just as G W Bush is . So if you like Bush , you'll like McCain . There is little difference . i don't think Hillary will run , to much baggage

uh... Repubs hate McCain.. have you ever heard them talk...

and Dems SHOULD want to win enough to not nominate Hillary (who has many enemies already and she's a woman, and that matters to many people)...

so it's a VERY theoretical question...

I like more of a Edwards vs. Frist... with Edwards running away with the spoon on the issue, since Frist makes Al Gore look like he has an personality...

I don't see something like that. John McCain can defeat Hillary, but there won't be any "crushing", especially what the Republicans have been doing over the past 6 years...
