how do we formatt a word document copied from a pdf file according to the given technical specifications?

pdf files are copied in word and then the new word document is formatted according to the technical specifications which are already given.
i am having difficulty in identifying the headings and subheadings
and drawing diagrams.

Hi,,

you can copy and paste text in Coral draw and then it will ask you to keep formatting then say.. YES.. then after you can save that file in to WORD.. easy..

Copy from PDF---> then paste in Coral Draw--> and save as WORD document..

Or

you can copy all text as a picture, you can find this option in Adobe Reader..
