It's not legal.

Both sides of the border have a zone about 15 miles or so in which travel is comparatively unrestricted. You can't cross the border without going through at least a checkpoint, though.

When you hit the edge of the zone traveling north you are subject to a search and may be asked to provide proof of citizenship.

Travel beyond those zones requires visas for citizens of both countries.

because mexicans in America are nothing more than a burden to our society and have no money to help themselves and we have a treaty with mexico that makes the US government responsible for paying your debt to mexico if you go there and make trouble so for the Mexican government it is a guarantied source of revenue for the US mexican criminals just cost us more tax money

What are you talking about? You need proper verification as if you were to go anywhere, Like anywhere, you are checked against the TSA No Fly list, (if you are flying)

I ask myself the same thing. Why?? why do they get away with so much here, but if you so much as let a fart there and they don't like it, they will put you in the slammer and their slammers can be brutal.
