in arabic, hello means marhaba (im spelling it the way you say it)
in french to say hello you say bounjour (bounjoor)
in spanish to say hello you say hola (olla)
in german to say hello you say gutentag (gootintaag)
please note that i am not spelling these words correctly! sorry!
