I say Hestia and Hephaistos together. Hestia has the hearth (controlled, tidy, human-style fire) and Hephaistos controls volcanoes and wild natural fire. But then, Zeus has lightning, Prometheus stole fire, Helios is the sun and has a blazing chariot, Apollo is the god of light...a lot of them seem to do the same thing. I don't know why so many control the same element. Maybe it was too important to give to just one deity.

Hephaestus is the son of Zeus and Hera. Sometimes it is said that Hera alone produced him and that he has no father. He is the only god to be physically ugly. He is also lame. Accounts as to how he became lame vary. Some say that Hera, upset by having an ugly child, flung him from Mount Olympus into the sea, breaking his legs. Others that he took Hera's side in an arguement with Zeus and Zeus flung him off Mount Olympus. He is the god of fire and the forge. He is the smith and armorer of the gods. He uses a volcano as his forge. He is the patron god of both smiths and weavers. He is kind and peace loving. His wife is Aphrodite. Sometimes his wife is identified as Aglaia.

The Greek god of forging and debatably by extension, fire, was Hephaestus (Roman name = Vulcan). Prometheus (a Titan) stole the sacred fire from Olympus and gave it to man in hollow reed or something like that.

Apollo, the god of the Sun, poetry, archery and others... fire might be one of them

Prometheus brought fire from Olympus to Earth and was punished by Zeus, tied up to a mountain and had an eagle feast on his liver. And because the liver regenerates, he suffers for eternity.

Hephaestos, but also maybe Hestia, who is the sister of zues, also one of the oldest Olympians. One of her symbols is fire. But im not sure if that counts. ANyway, usually, it's the first one.
