Hmm i don't know... interesting question maybe that's because everyday all we see when we're little is women walk like that so it just becomes habit. Plus i know that women walk from the hips rather than the knees like men so that may be why it's so "funny" Really though.. you know it's sexy.

some women do walk funny coz they try to look sexi from behind while walking to attract men and if they don't do it properly it changes in to the funnier situation and it seems like they are having something inside them.lol

Most woman don't walk funny. The ones that do are the stupid cluts trying to do those sexy walks you see the hott girls do on tv, or they just ca't walk in heels, the rest areusually stupid bimbos who think they are all that.
