Just wondering how many people do, cus when I have to do Powerpoint presentations and stuff. I get really scared and I worry about it really badly, and I dont know why.

i was the same way. the key is Preparation. if you are nervous, practice in a mirror. it sounds stupid, but it helps. and make sure you've done your presenation as many times as you can.

Yes I would feel a little anxious when I was in school. I found that usually if I did a couple of shots of tequila with some class mates before a presentation it would loosen me up. Just don't get wasted or get caught!

yes. I used to get nervous in the beginning but not now. i have given many presentations and have got the confidence.

yup, if I like the subject I'm presenting about then I'm not nervous, but if it's about something I really could care less about I'm scared to death.

sure, i'm getting embarassingly frightened. i flow up and initiate shaking and swap crimson, and my voice trembles and that i cant submit to in innovations what i become assume to declare. it extremely is terrible. I nevertheless shake after i'm achieved..

no i like the attention but i get nervous when i have to sing in front of a group of people.
