I dunno, I always thought Jar-jar was kinda cute - in an annoying puppyish kind of way. I'm gonna have to go with Jack from Titanic, that movie was so sappy it was ridiculous. No disrespect to those that died in the tragedy, but wow. The worst non-human character, the one I liked least anyway, would have to be that lizard-thing from Hellboy - he just didn't seem to fit into the script. He had some good lines though.
