I talk to this guy that goes to my school i kinda like him, i dont have any classes with him this year so now i only talk to him on aim basically but, whenever i talk to him on aim, the only thing we say is hi, hey and then wats up. Any tips wat to talk about?

Ask him questions about himself, encourage him to open up, and then really listen to his ideas, philosophies, triumphs, failures, family, experiences, likes, dislikes, etc. You could talk about movies, books, school, so on. Why don't you phone him and ask to go for a walk or something too?

You must like this guy a lot to change your avatar to a boy, that reminds you of him.
You can talk about family, school (favorite class, subjects, people) movies, sports, hobbies, news, religion, nature, traveling. Basically you can learn about each other.

Why don't you ask him about classes, talk about mutual friends, maybe ask him to eat lunch with you or something.
