As long as X does not equal zero, the answer is Y^2
Note that X^0 = 1 when X does not equal zero.

anything to the zero power is one.. so x^0 would be 1 times Y^2. which when simplified is Y^2

If I take it from exactly what you've written, it would by Y^2 where X <> 0
