A "ghetto" is a place that the Nazi's sent the Jews....
Some whites think they are better for the same reasons some blacks think they are. And as for using 'slang', no race owns words. That's like owning air.

It's no simple answer to that question. Many white people do not in fact think that they are better but the ones who do most likely feel that media and personal experience makes blacks ooks less than them. For example; newspapers and television talk about ghetto's and black people committing crimes. When you hear about white crimes it's often a short story. If it's something the media makes into a big deal it's most often a serial killer. The best story I can recommend studying is the OJ Simpson trial. When you see the difference in opinion between the whites and African Americans it will help you understand that perspective is the real difference between the cultures.
As for speaking ghetto or 'Ebonics' I can't really say. It's often said that the Black culture is more unified and has richer history than some American white culture. Some people say that whites are just trying to steal the Black flavor. Maybe that's it. Truth is, sometimes it's just some kids trying to fit in with there peers.
