if i won a criminal suit against someone for theft, and they were ordered to pay restitution and were given probation, but failed to pay it and are now off of probation and the D>A>s office said there was nothing they can do, can i file a small claims order on her because i found out where she is working at,before she did not work so she didnt have to pay, ant help would be appreciated

How did she get off probation? She should have been making minimum monthly payments to stay on probation. File a small claims order - the Judge will not be amused that she did not live up to her probation. You can win in both courts. Good luck!

SHE WASNT SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO GET OFF HER PROBATION WITHOUT COMPLETING ALL OF THE TERMS OF IT!CALL A LAYWER AND HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL YOU!YOU CAN ALSO USE YOUR COUNTY ATTORNEY FOR THIS!NOT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY ,BUT THE COUNTY ATTORNEY!
