I am voting for the cat. I don't think they should drive or ride motercycles

Most accidents are caused by drivers turning left in front of mc riders. No opinion, see the so-called "Hurt Report".

You can blame it on the cat if you want, but laws are laws. Most motorcycle wrecks involve a bike that t-boned a car. That means the car pulled out in front of the bike. I don't know what percentage.

depends on the situation a lot of times motorcycles speed in and out of traffic cuz the can in that they're at fault but other times people just don't look hard enough for motorcycles. i have had the strip between the windshield and the driver window completely hide a motorcycle its scary how easy it is to miss them thanks for bringing it up we should all be more aware of motorcycles :-)

Both...cars are often at fault (Ben Rothlesberger would've been ok if a car hadn't turned left in front of him!), but cyclists are also at fault frequently

cars sometimes don't see motorcyclists (for whatever reason), but motorcyclists have other issues(gravel is a real danger on a bike)

Stats prove that it's typically the driver of other motor vehicles...but I'm still convinced it's the cat's fault.

I ride a bike and drive too. I'd say the fault is around 50%.

Both. The cyclist does not take sufficient precautions to be seen. the driver is not on the lookout for cycles
