I need to download a dictionary and thesaurus for free. I mean the kind that I can use offline. If I could get one in french and german it would be great too. Yes this is probably in the wrong category. Thanks.

I know for fact that Limewire will likely give you the most choices of downloads for that kind of program.It did for me,,plz scan all your downloads before you open them from limewire,,for virus that could be in the file,,,good luck!!!

Dictionary.com is free and it has a thesaurus as well.

I would suggest you just buy the books from a charity thrift store. You will be helping the charity and provide yourself with a reference you can use everywhere.
Since the online source draws from many different sources, I don't believe it can be downloaded.
