Treo 700p is the best choice. It use the latest EV-DO network (3G) which gives broadband like high speed. Email and web is super fast. There are tons of free programs to download online for palm OS. It has large touch screen with resolution of 240x240..bluetooth v2..and almost everything you mentioned. Currently, there are no PDA phones in the market that has built-in wi-fi. However, you can purchase a wi-fi SD card. Highly recommended. The Treo700w is also a great choice, but is use Windows Mobile, a bit complicated to use. http://www.bestincellphones.com/palmone.asp

It depends on what service provider you want. For T-Mobile, try the MDA. You can also try going to the websites of all the carriers and it well show you every single phone for that carrier.
