I would pack my hiking gear and do some hiking or biking, it sounds like a quiet, romantic weekend.
I am sure the lodge can fix you up for any activities you might enjoy.
Its not everyday couples celebrate their 30th anniversary, so I would go for the quiet.

Honestly,? I would call the lodge and ask them for some ideas. There's only about 100 people that live in this little tiny town. It is beautiful though! I would imagine just staying at the lodge would be super wonderful.
Lake Chelan is where I'd be heading towards. Not sure if that helps or not. But from what I remember, it's close by.
