Can I file for a divorce in a different County other than where I lived. I now live in the County where I got married, but when I seperated I lived in another County, but the same state.

check you local laws because some counties / states say you have to live in the county for so long before you can file for divorce.

It's a six month rule. If you've lived in the county you are in now for over six months, then file in your present county. If not, you gotta go back and do it where you last lived. State has nothing to do with it because counties have their own jurisdiction.

In Florida I had to get the divorce in the last county we lived together, because he still lived there.
