sleep makes you taller but not in the way your hopeing. Measure your hight before you go to bed, then measure your self again in the morning. Difference??? You should wake up around 2cm taller, the reason is gravity. If you think about it we stand/ sit most of the day so gravity is pushing down on our heads. When were asleep (laying flat) gravity is pushing on all our body. The stuff knees are made of gets flaten so when we stand up in the moring we are taller. As the day goes along gravity pushes us down so our knees flaten the other way.
You should still try and get 8 housrs of sleep a night, to keep you health, and if your health your bones can grow better. Your times not up yet, people can still grow till there 21-26.
