My friend is pulling her hair/scalp and spread it around in my house or put it in her mouth that is very disgusting and untolerable for me. I don't want to make her embaressed because she is a respectful middle age lady. How can I ask her to stop this habit in a good way?

Well I'm dead honest with all my friends, if she's a friend there shouldn't be a problem with honesty.
That is a little wierd she might be suffering from stress and doesn't know how to deal with it.

Tell her that you are concerned about her doing this. Explain to her that this is not a healthy habit and you'd like to help her stop doing it.
