For me its not that big of a deal. How happy would you be if you won the lottery???

So many people want to win the lottery, because so many people are broke!! I am happy now, even though I am broke, but if I won the lottery it would make me happy knowing I could help others in my family as well as those out there less fortunate.
Oh, and I am not lazy, just disabled with no help. Too many people out there ruin it for those who could actually use disability help.

They believe money will solve all of their problems and "buy" them happiness. However, most lottery winners end up bankrupt and worse off than before they won the money.

Reminds me of the girl who told the guy she'd do what he wanted if he won the lottery. When they finished his plan she asked how much he had won...He said $5. Money will make fools of many before it makes millionaire of them.

People want to get out of the day to day dredge of earning a living. Most people are just surviving and fantasize of the big win.
I seldom bother with buying a ticket but now and then I do get the power ball because one big win and I could take care of my children and grandchildren finances. Perhaps even great grandchildren and beyond.

I wouldn't be. When you have money, everything changes! Your friends, your family, your job, yourself! I stuggle just like others in the world week to week. But, I am happy with my friends, family and home just as it is. My husband wants to be rich! Not me! I have enough problems to worry about besides adding on more! Money is great to have but what you have inside is much more richer! I am on the same page as you dear and I am glad I am not the only one!

well for me id like to win the lottery because i would give half of it to charity and to my parents and then go shopping
