I dont know if it is insomnia but I always experience this. When I feel that somebody is thinking about me, I hardly get to sleep at night. I mean, when I feel uneasy during bed time, I know that someone is thinking about me. How will you manage that?
I get to sleep easilly but when I feel something like that, it takes an hour or two before I get to sleep. Thanks.

Hey thanks for the answers. I do pray for it and talk it out in my prayers. Unconsciously, I get to sleep but it takes an hour or two before I fully get to sleep. LOL.

It's a good thing that someone is thinking about you. Go to bed, turn everything off, and in the quite of your room imagine a conversation with whoever you think might be holding you in their thoughts. Tell them what's on your mind and go into detail about where you and that person might be and what you might be doing together. Now, this is your 'dream' so you can make it as happy as you desire.........next thing you know.....it's morning!

You feel that someone is thinking about you? That seems a little odd and perhaps too self-focused. When I can't sleep, I pray for everyone I can think of. Usually that brings me a great sense of peace, and I relax and go back to sleep.

If I still can't sleep, I get up and work on something--try to accomplish something that needs to be done in case I need to catch a nap the next day some time. I try not to worry about it--just to think about it as swapping out my sleeping time.

My mind used to constantly ramble so much that I would go several days without sleep. You must settle things and pursue what dreams that occupy your mind while you are awake. It is also important to come to the realization that worrying about a problem is not going to fix it or make it go away. At my worst, I did not know how long I had been without sleep. My roommate would usually ask me how long it had been since I had slept. When I didn't know what day of the week it was, he would take me out and get me drunk enough to pass out. After about three days solid with zero sleep you begin to dream with your eyes open though. Clear your mind. Accomplish what you can, and leave the rest behind. Things always work out.

Try meditating and visualizing a 'shield' around you that block it out.Like your own personal bubble that you control what goes in and what goes out (air notwithstanding).
