I can't answer yes or no. but what I can tell you is that this President has been judged by the US Constituency. I would comment however that his actions and decisions have not been in the best interest of the nation. Although a vast majority agrees that the incumbent has "failed" he was re-elected to a second term. I am sure that American voters are not with stupid, or are they? Best of luck to you

"With all due respect", I think that down the road you will be "eating" your words.

Well, I think his failure is communication with the American people on the war in Iraq. There have been some great things going on and does not effectively communicated. Of course, that is hard to do with a media culture that makes a living off of the failures of others. They revel in it.

I think his failure comes on the lack of ability to seal off our borders and on the illegal alien issue. Immunity is not the way to go! Other than that, I have been happy with him. I have really enjoyed the tax breaks we have gotten. I have had more in my pocket and a better tax refund. Now if we could just get him to push through the fair tax. Hey, I can dream!

Panels of historians in the USA and also in Europe have separately concluded that Bush is the worst president ever. He has failed on every level. He permitted the worst terror attack in USA history to happen here, and hasn't caught the perpetrator. He failed to catch the anthrax terrorist. He turned a record surplus he inherited from Clinton into record debt. He lied to start war, so that corrupt oil and defense companies could make record profits. Bush has ruined the international reputation of the USA. Breaking the Geneva Convention by torturing and killing POW's, civilians and children. The Texas Twit...the WORST PRESIDENT EVER!

I sure do, and about most of the country's thinking the same thing. Just today he's finally saying, well, things aren't goin so well in Iraq. Har de harhar, now isnt that news to all of us? Gosh always the last to know.
I'm thinking that Bush bunch are going to push us right to the brink of a world war, then be too stupid to keep from goin over the edge. I hope someone stops him.

No, he is best president to the US people.
USA is now more feared than before.
He love businessmen & profiteers make more money by selling blood in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He let Israel invade Arab countries and used veto power to cancel any UN resolution to condemn Israel.
He use his power as judge to ensure anything criminal that have been done by Israelis, all blames will go to muslim believers.
He use his freedom of speech and press to spreading the name of Osama Laden, 9/11, muslim terrorist and now facist muslim.
He makes more people knowing USA much better.
He makes people believe what he is saying.
Neo-con and Zionist are the winner.
But still, economy is in hell with more debt, more poverty in USA, more people sleep on the street. More killing on the street, one rape case and one death been in every minute in USA.
Bush still the greatest for having his country in big trouble.

No I don't think so. I think the United States people let bush down. Why cant you stand behind your President? If you voted someone else in they would screw up and you would complain about him too. Get over it, You voted the guy in so deal with it. Why do we always need to complain, give the guy a break, at least he is against gay marriage and abortion.

I couldn't agree more, he is a coke snorting alcoholic with no morals, he has failed at every job he has ever had including the presidency. How on earth people brought themselves to vote for this pond scum I will never know, but the ones that still support him have got to be the worst kind of people that they are, even worse the child pornographers.

Only the biggest failure since Woodrow Wilson and he brought us the market crash! Richard Nixon was a huge failure and we all know what he did for us! Surely you all remember Watergate. And each of these guys had a hum-dinger as a Vice President!
