You should check whether the celebrity has a website, surely, there is a way to contact them. Otherwise, try to know who their agent is. If this doesn't work, look for the fan sites, sometimes they know the mails. And BTW, have you already checked the list of the numbers of Paris Hilton's hacked sidekick? :)
Another chance is to get IMDB Pro, I think they give you the info about people's agents. You have to understand that mostly of the time, they keep the mails very private, so, the only way is to get the agents first.
Also, if you have the information where they are working at the moment, usually celebrities stay in hotels, you can sent something there.
