Why Canada don't join USA ?

Even the regionals cultures are the sames:

Eco friendly Upper West Coast : Washington, British-Columbia
Cowboysland : Texas, Alberta
smalls and traditionals fishertowns :Maine Newfoundland, New
Brunswick
East Coast Metro : New-York, Philadelphia, Toronto,
Montreal

Now look at their Prime Minister who's nothing more then a Bush a** licker, listen the sames tv programs,the sames stars...just look at the Toronto movie festival...only americans stars...

And they seems to hates french, just like reals americans

So, why don't they joins usa?

Because they knew Bush and his neocons were getting glory mad and over their heads in Bushit and were smart enough to step back and watch them founder. Canadians are smarter than that and they don't have a fanatical christian right wing.

If you think that the cultures are the same, then you don't know much about Canadian culture. Canada has a tremendous amount of natural resources, especially up in Quebec, they have a socialist government (who has an election whenever enough people have said they've had enough, not on a timetable) - they have socialist medicine (which means if your doctor says you need an operaiton and you want to go home first and confer with your spouse, instead of going to the top of the list, you go to the bottom, so better call her from the hospital before they put you under anaestecia).

They allow just about anyone to live there, they're desperate for people, they tax the snot out of you.

Oh, and I bet to differ on hating the French, they have their own Quebecois.

BTW, XM Radio had to stop being sold in Canada for 1 year because there was insufficient Canadian content - now there are 10 additional Canadian content channels.

Toronto is clean and safe - New york? yeah, right, maybe mid-town Manhattan. Toronto has a live and let live attitude - New York - hang on to your pocketbook, heck, Toronto police didn't carry guns for alot of years, and many still don't.

The better question is why doesn't the U.S.A. join Canada? Our political system is corrupt to the core in the United States, and has become totally incompetent and useless. Canada is well-governed, never starts illegal and unconstitutional wars just so it can take another country's OIL, and seems to have fair and untampered elections. Our government on the other hand is lead by money-making pariahs who have no interest in the people' welfare, only in their own power, status and wealth. The U.S.A. could become a much greater nation if it joined forces with a great, honorable country like Canada. -RKO-

There has been cooperation you know nothing about, between the 2 governments, for many years. And probably never will know..They know how many terrorist cells they have in their country. At least most of them. At the present time they are protecting our back.. Is one of the reasons there have been no attacks to present. You need to give our government as well as theirs, just a little more credit than you do. In case you don't know how many cells are located up there, try 50 known cells. and looking for more.

So, your dumb president is doing things which never make the news. Yet is protecting our country from outside attacks.. as best he can. With the cooperation of Canada. Things are not always as they appear.

I'm not sure if I'd want the political correct socialist influences of Canada adding on to the already creeping socialism we have in the USA!

And I sure don't want the Canadian socialized medical system screwing up an already pretty messy American medical system.

I'd only take Canada if they agreed to become American, and not the other way around!

Well, there are the french canadians. I think that they would riot were that to happen. Plus, we are big enough. Who wants a country that big. I also don't want gov health care.
