I have to agree that hte Canon website is difficult to navigate, so follow these steps
- go to http://www.canon.com
- Click Americas
- Click Canon USA
- go to the DOWNLOADS menu and pick CONSUMER
- in STEP 1 - pick PRINTERS
- in STEP 2 - pick i SERIES
- in STEP 3 - pick i560 series
- CLICK on DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE
- pick your computer system (Window 2000 or whatever)
- Click I AGREE
and away it goes.
Now if you have a popup blocker, this might fail. So watch for the popup blocker warning.
Good luck

http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=SupportDetailAct&fcategoryid=232&modelid=9282
Click on this link or copy and paste it to your browser. Under downloads click on "Drivers/Software" that will open a new little window asking you if you want to "Open or Save"... Good luck
