Yes its true the numbers are in, the president i love to hate made a good decision.
He went for welfare reform and guess what the number of people on welfare at the moment has dropped 57%.
People are actually taking care of themselves, There kids are fed and the government didn't have to pay for it.
Can i get a halleluyah! (probably spelled that wrong)

Apparently you forgot how many times he vetoed that bill. He finally signed it when his veto was over-ridden by the senate. So he didn't make a good decision other than to sigh the bill he hated to sign.

Clinton was probably the most intelligent President we've ever had. He did some things that weren't too smart and he paid for it. Desires of the flesh are strong. He did some things that nearly every President before him did and the opposition tried everything they could to get him out of office because he was a threat to their lifestyle. I'm talking about the Senator's and Congressmen who have made a life of privilege on the American people.

Yes, his welfare to work program is working well even today. If you look hard enough you will find many things that Clinton did that you would like, for instance he created a booming economy with his policy's which as an end result balanced the budget and was beginning to pay off the debt. It was pure genius.

It was a republican congress don't forget. Clinton was willing to work with republicans. I'll never forget the time he sat down with Newt Gingrich on C-Cpan for a televised interview.
Don't get me wrong, I love the democrats and I loved clinton.
The problem in my view is that when all the safety nets are cut out, thats when the bottom will fall out.
Then, where will the compassion be?

Yes, he did make some good decisions. How else do you think he got in for a second term.
I agree I dislike him (HATE the wife), but agree with welfare reform. My friend likes to say "Even a blind squirrel can find a nut". I guess this proves her right.

Actually, welfare reform is tough love and many of the people that get kicked off aren't taking care of themselves.
This isn't to say that reform isn't working, we just have to remember the collateral casualties.

Are those facts right? Well good for him. I liked President Pimp. Glad he made a real difference. I hate the welfare system. It should be a temparary thing for certain people.

Did my computer just have a flashback??? I thought Bush was the president. I voted for him twice now and still think he is the best we have had in many years. Hmmmmm, yup I'm pretty sure the guy in the White house is Bush not Clinton.

Clinton was a great President and continues to be great today as a former President/Private Citizen. Are you better today than you were when Clinton was President? I don't think so.

I don't care how you spell it... hallewhatever! I hate having to support x-generation of welfare receipiants. It's not an entitlement as some would believe. Or as one illiterate woman from Oakland referred to her welfare check as... "her paycheck".... exqueeze me?
