If someone has upset you and they know it I've found the best way to really mess with their head is to be really nice to them , that way they'll loose sleep wondering what the hell you're planning for them while costing you nothing , the longer you keep it up the longer they'll worry . I've had people come to me almost in tears apologising for what they had done , doesn't always work but when it does it's the best !

You've been feeling a bit peed lately, so maybe you're just feeling extra peed over this person. Don't do or say anything that you may regret and have to apologise for after.
I agree with other answers - if you can do it, be as nice as pie but if you can't, then really as you know the person, you're the only one that knows what would p.i.s.s. them off

(not really that would be gross)
like this:
Materials: Funnel, cup of water, penny
first walk up to them and give them the penny,
tell them to balance it on their forehead laying flat(like heads up or whatever) while they are looking up for thirty seconds tell them it has been proven impossible, they can't resist!
while they are looking up, take the funnel and stick it in their pants(the front)and poor the water into the funnel.
Now Run away.
and laugh at the dude who peed his pants!
