i'm not sure what you're asking if we believe-if the population is exploding or what, but about 20 years ago, it was cool to just have one child because of population and the world as it was. but the birthrate is climbing and now 3 is the new 2 for number of children which seems silly to me-i personally think if you have two children it replaces the mother & the father and doest increase the population as much. I think everyone should take more responsibility in this regard...
