Because she dyes it. Her blue dye number is 56. She's really a brunette. One episode called Secrets of a Sucessful Marriage it shows that Marge dyes her hair. And also a later season where it shows flashbacks of Marge as a kid she tried ironing her hair and accidentaly steamed her dye off revealing her to be brown haired

No i don't think so. Remeber that one Simpsons episode where Homer and Marge are discovered naked in the mini-put course. I remember Marge running and i don't recall seeing any blue hair "downtown"

all I know is that's not the real color of here hair since Homer said it in on one of the episodes saying that she dyes her hair blue so her hair isn't really blue could be grey.

She was born with it but now she dyes it. It has come up in a lot of episode most notable was the episode where homer was a relationship conselor.
